Mom Fitness Club is a fitness and wellness concept operated by Kano Co Limited (HE457629 · VAT CY60053482B), a company registered at Aristofanous 5, Limassol, Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). Classes are held at IJS International Jiu Jitsu School, Paphos, Cyprus.

We offer weekly fitness classes for mothers and babies/toddlers, currently including:
Class schedules, pricing, and availability may change at our discretion. We will communicate any changes in advance where possible.
All classes must be booked in advance through our website. Each class is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or the use of a valid pre-paid session) — this secures your spot. We ask that bookings be made by 18:00 (6:00 pm) on the evening prior to the class so that we can plan the session; bookings made after this time are accepted but can no longer be cancelled (see Section 5). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if payment is not received or if the class is full.
By completing a booking, you confirm that:
Once your card payment is completed via Stripe, you will receive a payment receipt from Stripe by email, and we will send you a booking confirmation on a durable medium (email or WhatsApp) within 24 hours. This confirmation will include your name, child's name, class type, date, time, and amount paid. It constitutes your written contract record as required under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@momfitnesspaphos.com.
Payments are processed securely by card via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). We do not receive or store your card details. Current pricing:
Kano Co Limited is registered for VAT in Cyprus (CY60053482B). All prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change; the price shown at the time of purchase applies.
Sessions are pre-paid and non-refundable. A single session must be used within 1 month of purchase; the sessions in a 10-session pack must be used within 4 months of purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be refunded, extended or transferred, except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. documented illness). Sessions may be used for any class type. Gift-voucher sessions become valid on the day the recipient redeems the voucher.
Cancel by 18:00 (6:00 pm) on the evening before the booked class and your session is returned to you — it can be rebooked for any other class within its validity period. Cancellations after 18:00 the evening before, and non-attendance, result in the loss of that session. Bookings made after the 18:00 cutoff cannot be cancelled. Sessions are non-refundable in all cases (see Section 4a).
Cancellations are made through your account on our website; you will receive an automatic email confirming whether the session was returned to you or lost. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to illness, insufficient bookings, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, your session is returned to you in full and, if you prefer, refunded.

Participation in our classes is at your own risk. By booking, you confirm that:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to the foregoing, Kano Co Limited's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the class(es) in question.
From time to time we may photograph or record classes for marketing purposes. We will only use images or videos of you or your child if you have given explicit written consent at the time of booking. Consent is entirely optional and does not affect your right to book. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@momfitnesspaphos.com.
All content on this website, including text, design, and the Mom Fitness Club brand identity, is the property of Kano Co Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. We submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that member state in accordance with applicable EU law (Brussels I Regulation Recast, Art. 18). Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
For complaints, please contact us at info@momfitnesspaphos.com. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve within 30 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service at mcit.gov.cy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
